Enhanced Modular Manufacturing is a new manufacturing operation and the industrial engine of the Springboard platform. It evolved from practical multifamily experience in which repetitive construction demonstrated the value of standardized work, centralized procurement, in-house production and disciplined execution. EMM carries those principles upstream into componentized manufacturing of wall panels, floor cassettes, prefabricated stairs and cabinets through repeatable production and targeted automation. Roof-truss fabrication will be outsourced to qualified suppliers, with EMM coordinating roof-system procurement, delivery and quality control. The factory is new. The operating principles behind it are not.
