EMM WORKFORCE ACADEMY

Brighter Futures Tomorrow.
The EMM Workforce Academy is part of the manufacturing infrastructure, providing hands-on training in modern manufacturing and construction skills while building the technical workforce needed to operate and scale the platform.
Automation changes the jobs. The Academy develops the people capable of operating the automation. The program is intended to serve a broad workforce while creating additional pathways for underserved populations, including individuals reentering society and young adults transitioning from foster care.
