LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
Springboard RA reflects experience developed across mortgage finance, community housing, large-scale multifamily portfolio leadership, construction and rehabilitation, and long-term housing ownership and operations.
Served as President, Chief Operating Executive & Principal of ADJ Mortgage LLC, a Texas mortgage company providing services for commercial and residential properties, investment firms, business entities and nonprofit organizations. The company originated, processed, closed and serviced mortgage loans.
Served as President of Near Town and Associates, Inc., a Texas nonprofit housing organization dedicated to providing quality, safe and affordable housing.
Served as President and subsequently Interim President of American Housing Foundation, providing executive leadership and portfolio oversight for a large multi-state housing organization. Responsibilities included oversight of a portfolio comprising approximately 16,000 family, senior and scattered-site housing units, with the organization operating across nine states.
Led Hope Housing Foundation and related operations across affordable and workforce housing, multifamily ownership, development, rehabilitation, regulatory compliance, government-agency relationships and structured limited partnerships.
Construction and rehabilitation experience includes the reconstruction of more than 1,000 apartment units and hands-on responsibility for estimating, scheduling, inspections, cost analysis and project completion. Johnson currently serves as President of the ownership entity for a 452-unit multifamily property undergoing a major renovation program and as the licensed general contractor responsible for the renovation work, permitting and advancement of completed units through final occupancy approvals.
Springboard RA brings together experience across ownership, capital, multifamily operations, rehabilitation, construction, procurement and regulatory execution. Repetitive construction processes, centralized purchasing and in-house cabinet manufacturing applied in current multifamily renovation work have helped inform the operating principles now being carried forward into Enhanced Modular Manufacturing.
