Springboard RA is engaging strategic and institutional capital partners around a proposed $100 million staged capital deployment framework designed to support manufacturing capacity, operating readiness and the development pipeline. Capital is intended to be funded as milestones are achieved rather than all at once.
Capital Deployment Strategy
$20M — Facility, Improvements & Carry
Facility acquisition, improvements, closing requirements and scheduled carry.
$8M — Equipment Deposits & Commissioning
Equipment deposits, progress payments, installation and commissioning.
$12M — Startup & Working Capital
Staffing, production startup and operating runway.
$30M — Land & Readiness for Six 320-Unit Campuses
Capital deployed as individual development sites advance through acquisition and readiness. Six campuses represent 1,920 potential units.
$30M — Conditional Financing & Expansion Reserve
Commitment capacity available when a specific financing or expansion need arises.
Funding Targets
$50M initially; $60M cumulative by the end of 2027; and $70M cumulative by the end of 2028, subject to actual milestones. The remaining $30M represents conditional commitment capacity. Construction financing for the six multifamily campuses is expected to be arranged separately.
